This year, PRESTIGE took part in the inspiring LEAD Network conference „We’re All In,“ which was held on October 8 and 9, 2025, in Milan. It was all about diversity, inclusion, and leadership in our industry.
Focused on creating workplaces where fairness, support, and belonging are at the heart of business success, the conference emphasized the importance of working together to create an environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
During this year’s conference, our CEO, Darina Stoyanova, renewed PRESTIGE’s commitment to LEAD Network Europe and signed the CEO Gender Equity Pledge, stating:

We are honored to have created the LEAD Network Bulgaria Chapter, which further strengthens our efforts to fight for gender equality and inclusion at the local level.“
Darina was joined by our colleagues Boryana Kiteva, Detelina Stoyanova, Galina Tsanova, Nadezhda Dimitrova, and Nadezhda Zaharieva, LEAD Network Europe Executive Director Alison Zimmerman, LEAD Network co-founder Mick Broekhoff, and Sharon Jeske, former director and current member of the Advisory Board.
Award for LEAD Network Bulgaria Chapter at the LEAD Network Awards 2025
We are truly proud of the award won by the Bulgarian branch of LEAD Network in the prestigious Chapter Achievement & Leadership Award category!
In less than a year, LEAD Network Bulgaria Chapter grew from 70 to 200 members in 2024, and today we already have 432 individual members, with the largest share of representatives from the retail sector in the entire LEAD network.
