We are happy to share that PRESTIGE won the first place in the category “Culture and Values” within the annual Employer Branding Awards 2023.
The awards are being organized for a sixth year in a row, giving the best employers in Bulgaria a platform to demonstrate their strategies, projects and initiatives in the field of building a strong employer brand.
There are many factors that influence the effectiveness and success of a team, but if we have to choose one as the most important, for PRESTIGE it would be the team spirit, or in other words – our corporate culture and values.
At PRESTIGE we believe that our corporate culture is:

At the end of 2022, we reformulated our company values. The importance of consumers, entrepreneurial spirit and integrity remained unchanged. We add – speed, ambition and the importance of each one of us in the team. And in response to all this our new corporate values are:

What is unique about our company is that everyone, regardless of their position, can contribute in a tangible way to the progress of our team, to the realization of a new idea, to a new venture with a client, to winning a new client, to developing new markets, to implement or increase the efficiency of a process, etc. Small steps in the right direction are exciting – what happens in the everyday of our work. It is these small steps that lead to long-term sustainable success.
