Education and professional development of young people in Bulgaria have always been a key part of our CSR initiatives. We are proud to support the initiative „HR: Rush for Practice“ focused on the students from Veliko Tarnovo University „St. St. Cyril and Methodius“.
The Students will have the opportunity to work in a real recruiting process for the needs of the growing PRESTIGE’s team, developing their digital skills through Pleggi’s innovative platform.
At the opening meeting of the initiative in Veliko Tarnovo, Magdalena Sergieva, Director Human Resources and Administration at Prestige, met with the organizers and students and shared interesting facts from the history and successful development of the company. Magdalena gave valuable guidance and advice on the work of the girls and boys.
We congratulate Prof. Veneta Hristova from the University and Tsvetelin Nikolov from Pleggi for their vision and desire to seek and offer students opportunities to apply what they have learned at the university and to gain valuable experience for their professional development.
