On the initiative of Mrs. Desislava Tsvetanova, a teacher at the „St. St. Cyril and Methodius“ school in Veliko Tarnovo, a group of students visited the innovative laboratories of PRESTIGE. The high school prepares students in the profession of „Laboratorian“ with major „Technological and microbiological control in food production“.
Currently, the students are studying „Technology for the production of sugar products“ and the opportunity to see a real production process of one of the most beloved brands of wafers and biscuits in Bulgaria was unique experience for them.
The greatest emotion for the children was the visit of the laboratories for physico-chemical, organoleptic and microbiological analyses, which provide continuous 24/7 control of the production process at PRESTIGE, as well as our own R&D lab.
Our dear guests and their teachers were hosted by Ivanka Ivanova, Quality manager at PRESTIGE. She shared with them details about the various stages of the technological process and the key role of all laboratory assistants, quality specialists and technologists at PRESTIGE.
